Kevin Hamilton - President and CEO
Kevin is a founder of NuEnergen. Kevin has twenty years experience in the energy conservation and energy supply businesses during which he has held business development and sales leadership roles. Starting in the energy performance contracting business with Honeywell Corporation, Kevin developed energy asset management programs with institutional clients throughout New England. Following Honeywell, Kevin became the North-East and later North American Vice President of Sales, Institutional Markets, for the de-regulated arm of Duke Energy, Duke Solutions. In this capacity, Kevin led a team of individuals who developed integrated energy asset management solutions for the marketplace.

A. V. “Sandy” Hamilton - Chairman and COO
Sandy is a founder of NuEnergen. Prior to NuEnergen he was the Executive Vice President at NewsGator Technologies, an RSS platform company where he was responsible for all Sales, Marketing & Business Development activities. He also held the role of Executive Vice President and General Manager at EYT (formerly Ernst & Young Technologies) where he had responsibilities for one of Microsoft’s largest Business Solutions resellers from 2001 through 2003. He founded Axiom Equity Partners based in Denver, CO which is a Private Equity firm focused on leveraged buyouts in the mid-market industrial space. Sandy was also the SVP of Worldwide Sales & Marketing role at Qwest Cyber Solutions (a joint venture between Qwest Communications and KPMG Consulting) which offered ERP & CRM applications on an ASP basis.

John Carmichael - Director of Client Services
John has 19 years of corporate and entrepreneurial business experience. Prior to joining NuEnergen, John served as Director of Client Services and Enterprise Sales Executive for NewsGator Technologies. John was the first employee of the startup software company serving a variety of roles helping it grow to over 75 employees and becoming a major entity in the modern enterprise oriented social network industry.
John has a proven track record of exceptional client relations having served as Regional Sales Director for Sonopress (the manufacturing arm of BMG Music and Bertelsmann) and Regional Business and Sales Director for Technicolor Optical Services, serving major clients like Microsoft, Warner Music and Disney Home Entertainment in the manufacture, packaging and distribution of DVD and CDs. Early in his career, John was the Director of Program Support for all of San Diego State University’s events (Sporting, Concerts and media) responsible for leading over 250 employees in all operations relating to Security, Production and Event /Community Coordination. John has a Bachelor of Applied Arts and Sciences in Speech Communication from San Diego State University with a minor in Aerospace Engineering.
Ryan Korczykowski - Director of Technology Services
Ryan has been working on the technical and operational aspects of the deregulated energy industry for nearly four years. For three of those years, he oversaw the technical operations of a large Energy Supply Company in the northeast, while providing consulting services to numerous other ESCOs. He possesses intimate knowledge of the customer life cycle and back-office functions in the energy domain from both a system and business perspective. He gained this experience by designing a gamut of software modules, ranging from ISO scheduling and settlement, EDI processing, and billing, to sales force automation, price modeling and tax compliance.
Currently, Ryan is responsible for the development and operation of the EnerTrac Dashboard. EnerTrac is a commodity agnostic web based analytics platform capable of providing usage, cost and performance reporting for large, geographically diverse organizations. Additionally, Ryan leads many of NuEnergen’s analytical efforts, including tariff modeling, bill auditing and performance benchmarking.
