Alternatively, NuEnergen will always operate by putting our client’s interest first. We never cloud our objectivity by taking commissions from ESCOs.

Kevin is a founder of NuEnergen. Kevin has over 25 years experience in the energy conservation and supply businesses, during which he has held business development and sales leadership roles. Starting in the energy performance contracting business with Honeywell Corporation, Kevin developed energy asset management programs with institutional clients throughout New England. Following Honeywell, Kevin became the Northeast and later North American Vice President of Sales, Institutional Markets, for the deregulated arm of Duke Energy, Duke Solutions. In this capacity, Kevin led a team of individuals who developed integrated energy asset management solutions for the marketplace. A. V. “Sandy” Hamilton
Chairman & COO
Sandy is a founder of NuEnergen. Prior to NuEnergen, he was the Executive Vice President at NewsGator Technologies, an RSS platform company where he was responsible for all Sales, Marketing & Business Development activities. He also held the role of Executive Vice President and General Manager at EYT (formerly Ernst & Young Technologies) where he had responsibilities for one of Microsoft’s largest Business Solutions resellers from 2001 through 2003. He founded Axiom Equity Partners based in Denver, CO, which is a Private Equity firm focused on leveraged buyouts in the mid-market industrial space. Sandy was also the SVP of Worldwide Sales & Marketing role at Qwest Cyber Solutions (a joint venture between Qwest Communications and KPMG Consulting), which offered ERP & CRM applications on an ASP platform. VP, Consulting & Services
Ryan has been working on the technical and operational aspects of the deregulated energy industry for nearly six years. For three of those years, he oversaw the technical operations of a large Energy Supply Company in the northeast while providing consulting services to numerous other ESCOs. He possesses intimate knowledge of the customer life cycle and back-office functions in the energy domain from both a system and business perspective. He gained this experience by designing a gamut of software modules, ranging from ISO scheduling and settlement, EDI processing, and billing, to sales force automation, price modeling and tax compliance. Ryan was instrumental in the development of theNuEnergen EnerTrac Dashboard. EnerTrac is a web based analytics platform capable of providing usage, cost and performance reporting for large, geographically diverse organizations. Additionally, Ryan leads many of NuEnergen’s analytical efforts, including tariff modeling, bill auditing and performance benchmarking.
